She responded promptly to all my emails and calls (we bought a house in Tn and renovated as we were living in another state at the time). Researched about 4 other Paint Companies and decided to go with Silk Paint because initial conversation with Owner/CEO Mrs Shawna, I was really impressed with her attention to detail and compassion for my family situation.
Work wise, her team, was comprised of very skilled painters, especially Ron, Nick, and Spencer. They were flexible in timing work, because I had to declutter and clear rooms in front of them. Also Mrs Shawna herself would physically swing by project site quite often to answer any questions and ensure quality of work.
Overall great experience and very fair pricing in paint and labor. I can honestly say, I could of never been able to get my house ready for the real estate market without them.
